Plantback Restrictions
A very useful
table was developed by researchers Hanson, Rauch, and Thill at the
University of Idaho to help farmers with herbicide selections. PNW
Publication 571 Plantback Restrictions for Herbicides Used in the
Dryland Wheat Production Areas of the Pacific Northwest contains
a color-coded table listing plantback restrictions for a wide array
of herbicides and crops used in this region. The publication also
discusses factors that contribute to the carry-over of herbicides.
