The Conference Proceedings should be available in April. It will provide a detailed summary of the Conference speaker presentations and be an excellent reference on new technologies for direct seed cropping systems. See ordering details on the form below! The Conference -- About 600 people attended the Conference, which was organized as a service to growers by the Pacific Northwest STEEP III conservation farming research program and co-sponsored by 8 Ag support companies, in cooperation with 11 PNW grower organizations, conservation district associations and other Ag support groups and agencies. The Conference featured 29 speakers, including researchers and industry representatives and growers from across the Pacific Northwest, Canada, and Australia. There were 4 in-depth Focus Sessions including: residue management; economics of direct seeding; pest management and direct seed machinery and equipment.
